Calming Blue Midcentury Buffet / Sideboard / Dresser

This one was a huge overhaul! You can see the before photo at the end of the photo carousel. Painted in a calming beachy blue shade and I used clear satin polyurethane for protection. I updated all of the hardware to gold/brass handles which really modernizes this piece. This is a heavy and good quality piece! Cabinet doors open well, there’s a trick to it – you open and close the right door first and then the left one. The drawers are in good condition after reviving them and open well, there was a patch done back in the day, and there was a hole in one of them and I added a patch and made it the best it can be – you can see these (middle left drawer and bottom right drawer). Someone back in the day also punched jagged holes in the back, we tried to “circle them” as best as possible, and now you can feed cords through for electronics or whatever you wish – or you could just cover this up with a basket inside. This piece has lots of storage space and can be used as a TV stand, sideboard, change table, front entryway piece, office storage, hide pet or kids’ toys while looking pretty! Dimensions are 76” wide, 18.5” deep, 32” tall.

Please note that the back of this item is not painted since pieces usually go up against walls. I understand in certain situations that you may want the back painted especially if it’ll be visible. If you’d like the back painted it will add $150 to the order. Please message me prior to purchasing so I can adjust the price in the shop.

Exact paint colors and products used can be given upon request if interested in purchasing. All items come with touch up paint and list of items used to take home! 11% GST / PST is included in the pricing so you can view the “all in” price. VIEWINGS – As of September 2023, I have various painted furniture pieces for sale, however; my life/work space is a bit chaotic (in a good way). While our garage/my show room/work space is under renovation, this effects my business quite a bit and the way I usually do things/viewings. I currently have some pieces in my home, and some pieces in a secure contained storage container away from the messiness of the renovation, so viewings and showings are going to be a bit trickier than normal and will need to be planned well in advance. Noting this, while waiting for an appointment time, an item can always be sold in the shop so I want to warn you about that. Just remember I can always send extra detailed photos and videos in the meantime at no extra charge so you can get that in person feel. Please contact me to see my availability for viewing an item(s) in person or if you’re interested in purchasing an item. I do not offer viewings or pickups on weekends or holidays.
